After a lot of research we finally settled for the Orchard Parade for our family holiday to Singapore. It's a good hotel with a great location, however, NOT for families. We were given 2 rooms on different floors, because - BEWARE - Kids are not allowed on some floors!! Checking -in took ages, the staff at the reception was un-interested... more

We arrived in style, transferred to the hotel by Mercedes from the airport. The check in process was equally efficient and to cap off our wonderful arrival we recieved a room upgrade. And what a room - spacious, luxury fixtures and fittings and a view to die for from the 66th floor. Rooms were serviced wonderfully and the chocolates each... more
