“Easy trail for excellent views”

We hiked the trails from the east side to the peak of Mount Greylock. The auto road is closed for repairs until 2009. The views and foliage were lovely. There were lots of people though, not a place for the quiet woods. more

You can access this trail from North Adams, but you have to watch out for the sign, as it is accessed via an unlikely road through a residential estate. Once on this road, you cant really go wrong, as it leads straight to the mountain. The trail is along a winding, tree-lined, and narrow road. We were glad we had... more

we had a lot of fun we got to see the top of Mount Greylock for those of you who dont know what it is it is the highest mountain in Massachusettes. it had some great sites to see at the top you could see alot from the top which has some roads or you could opt to hike. it... more

The view from the top on a clear day is awesome. Over looking the little town of Adams. Have not been in a while, can't wait to return. more
