If you are visiting Massachusetts then you must make Commercial Street a priority. The shopping is unique and it has everything you could ask for. I suggest going sometime in the last two weeks of September because anytime before that and the cape is packed; anytime after and most of the shops will prabably be closed. Also this is an... more

Rain or shine, walking and enjoying Commercial Street is an activity that you will repeat during your stay. Shopping,and we all enjoy shopping, don t we, is great, because of the slew of original stores. I don't think there is a single 'chain' store on the street and one thing you wouldn t see for sure is a Macdonalds, Burger... more

I LOVE walking up and down Commercial Street. One cannot get bored with this magnificent street. You sit in front of town hall with a nice cup of coffee or an ice-cream and people watch. You can go to the art galleries and museums for free and enjoy some nice art. You can also find some of the very best... more
