We visited Chesterwood over Memorial Day weekend 2007. This is the Estate of Daniel Chester French, the sculptor of the Lincoln statue inside the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. I would definitely recommend taking the tour ($8.50 for adults). It was totally worth it. Our tour guide started at the gift shop which is in a small barn. It's not... more
