poor customer service they do not respond to follow up emails, reserved a parking space that was given away. parking nightmare. Never stayed there due to their negligence in giving parking space away, cancelled my reservation due to their error and was still charged one night stay more

My husband and I just got back from 3 nights at "At Wind Chimes", and absolutely loved it. Our room was lovely (and big!), with huge windows and a little balcony. Stayed there a while ago, tried to go back recently but it was sold out!!! Anyway, this is a great place. Close to the beach, nice swimming pool, helpful staff who let us shower after checkout and holding our luggage all day. Bartender made us great drinks! Good times. more

Nice, quiet place in a great location, just a short block from San Juan's Condado Beach. Modest room just off the inner courtyard with a tiny bathroom. I definitely agree with the reviewer below me. It's a great location to the beach, but it's a good 15 minute walk to get to the main strip where the restaurants are. The bus is the BEST bet to get to Old San Juan - it's just 75 cents, but they only come every 20-30 mins. A cab is about... more
