If you are travelling with Thomas Cook beware!!!! We were told how fantastic this hotel was and it was more like a 5 star. I would not even give it 2 stars. There are 2 blocks to this hotel and the Thomas Cook customers get the run down block and Americans/Canadians seem to get the nicer of the 2. Food in... more

Before going on this trip we read a lot of reveiws about the CPC in Cancun. Half of the reviews were poor and the other half were great. My wife and i gave it a chance any way and off we went. On arriving the friendly porter ran over, grabbed our bags and gave me and my wife a drink.... more

There are always good and bad parts of vacations, but we were disappointed with the "renovations" after Hurricane Wilma. We are timeshare owners, and this is our 3rd visit there over the past 8 years. The new beds were hard, pillows tiny, and the stink of sewer smells from the toilets is unacceptable. (they appear to recycle the rainwater into... more

This is our third and last time coming to the CPC. This resort has gone way downhill. The second day we were there, one of the employees at the kids club had stolen our 3 daughters bathing suits and assuring my husband the night before that the bathing s uits were safe in the kids club. I was not surprised... more

We are from the USA and just spent one week in Cancun at Crown Paradise Club. We upgraded to the club suite expecting to be pampered on our vacation. We had access to the "club tower" for breakfast and evening cocktails, computer access and our own Club Concierge. I was not impressed by anything at this resort. It was the... more

We just got back from our first Cancun trip! We stayed at the Crown Paradise in a family suite. We were there from 8/8 - 8/16. The hotel does need updating but we still had a great time. I think if you are going to have a negative attitude then you will not have fun!! It was VERY hot but... more

My family stayed at the CPC for 5 nights with 4 kids in a family suite. Our group had a total of four rooms (3 with family suites). First off, I read all of the reviews on trip advisor before taking this trip, and felt like I knew what to expect before we left home. We chose CPC because it... more

Having stayed at this hotel 2 years in a row, we never expected to have huge cockroaches in our room. Worse night of my life. Management did switch rooms for us, but the feeling of always looking around for these nasty bugs was very uncomfortable. Day of checkout...Mr. Elias Castellanos (Guest Service Manager) hands us this letter saying (and I... more

I stayed with my partner at the CPC in the adult only (newer) tower at the start of July. We had an absolute ball, the staff were fantastic, they went out of their way to make you feel welcome and were extremely attentive - being polite goes a long way, it's a two way process!! Luis at the pool bar was... more

Crown Paradise was a little above average for Cancun allinclusive. Hotel was nice. The food was very good. The rooms were very small and did need some updating. There is an eyesore of a vacant hotel next door that was part of our view. We requsted a room upgrade that we did not get the people at the front desk... more
