Myself and my wife went to Mexico for a week commencing the 23rd November 2008 . Once we arrived in the cancun airport it was a bit busy due to getting through immigration.Once this obstacle was completed we then arrived at the Barcelo Costa Cancun . To be honest our first thought on dropping other peple off at Riu Cancun... more

Having just returned from 2 weeks at the Barcelo Costa Cancun Hotel and read varying reviews before travelling I thought I should write my own review. When me and my partner arrived and checked in we were allocated a room on the 1st floor which looked very clean but as we looked out onto our patio we looked immediately out... more

This resort was ok but not great. The people who worked there were nice but bothered us a lot about trying to set up 'timeshare' appointments or trips. We told them as soon as we got there that we did not want to do any of them but they bugged us at least once a day trying to get us... more

I stayed at this hotel for work and not very impressed. For a budget hotel, it's pretty good, but there are many other hotels in the area that are about the same price and much nicer. The water is dark and the beach is small. Very loud by the pool and you can hear everything in the resort from every... more

This hotel is not the best i have stayed in but you get what you pay for! The rooms are lovely but definatley pay the extra $15 per night when you arrive to upgrade to a balcony room or you will be disappointed this also includes a hammock which is a nice touch. Mini bar is stocked daily and the... more

Not the newest or most luxurious hotel I have stayed in , however everything worked - good shower, air conditioning etc, the room was comfortable and very clean. The pool ok, a bit noisy in the day with entertainment but the hotel beach and bar a great alternative. As part of the all inclusive package 4 restaurants to choose from... more

Everything else was great, from the waiters to the maids who cleaned our room everyday it was a pleasure to stay there. It was my girlfriend and i`s first time in Cancun n we werent... more

Me and girlfriend stayed here for 9 nights, returning home on 22nd Oct. We honestly didnt have one complaint about the place. The staff are lovely, especially Ivan the conceirge who helped book our trips to Isla Mujeras, Escaret and Coco Bongo(which were great by the way), the staff in Mexico Lindo prepared a special farewell cake for us on... more

Having booked to go at the end of the hurricane season we were sceptical of the weather we were going to get, however it was really hot and sunny. The hotel staff were brilliant, they can't do enough for you. Whilst the hotel was reasonably quiet (as it is the low season) we still had an awesome time!! the rooms... more
