Great hotel in great location. On arrival our group was offered a punch reception. My wife has type1 diabetes and avoids these 'punch receptions' because she doesnt know what is in the drink. She asked for white wine - request denied. She asked for water - request denied. There WAS a response to customer feedback but it dodged the issue. more
