We stayed at this hotel for one night and found that it exceeded our expectations. It appears to be newly renovated. Parking is underground right on site. The front desk staff were very helpful. There is a free breakfast but we didn't go. I would certainly stay here again when I am in Ottawa. more

The staff were brilliant, and couldn't be more helpful. The package I got was great and the room was beyond my expectations (huge!). Parking was convenient, location was good for what we wanted (not exactly downtown though). All in all, I'd go back in a minute! more

Stayed at the Best Western for 5 nights and found it very comfortable and convenient. The location means a 10 minute walk into the downtown area but this means its quieter. We had a queen bed room which had good facilities like microwave and coffee maker. Really recommend it for those wanting to stay in Ottawa. more
