Fabulous service that was evident upon check-in. I stayed in a Luxury room which had a nice closet built in for storing and luggage. The bathroom was very luxurious- heated marble floors, pretty impressive. The only drawback was the view of the parking lot across the street. This is the best place we have ever stayed. We had a executive suite with a modern fully equipped kitchen. A minimalistic decorated living room. Bedroom with a bed we would like to take home and a nice (if not a bit small) bathroom with great bath products; ever tried marshmallow mouth wash? If not it is time to try... more

We have stayed in numerous top hotels in Toronto but this place beats them all .. 4 Season, The Savoy, St Germain etc do not truly compare with the level of service, comfort of rooms and amenities. Each of the other hotels has its distinct pluses but none compare with Soho .. 4 Seasons location for restaurants and interestng shops... more

.... this was my honeymoon - we requested a quiet stay, so we were put on the 'Serenity Floor' .. however, a few hours later, realized, the GYM was ABOVE the Serenity Floor.
