After reading the rave reviews on Tripadvisor.com, we had high expectations for Pavillon de la Reine. Unfortunately, we found our stay just ok, not as outstanding as the others have found. The location was perfect. The hotel was beautiful both from the outside and the interior common areas. The breakfast was very good and the staff members were mostly very... more

Perfect location, friendly helpful staff, stylish decor, lovely room with even better bathroom (we were in a Superior grade room). Lovely breakfast and we liked the honesty bar. Can't recommend Pavillon enough - it was one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. For UK users, think Hotel Du Vin/Malmaison but slightly more upmarket (and more expensive!). Would have... more

I stayed here twice in May with my husband, for 6 nights total. We completely enjoyed our stay & have zero complaints. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quiet luxury with personal service near the Place des Vosges. I travel to Paris frequently & the service here stands out among the best. I stayed in a... more

Hotel Pavillion-de-la-Reine is a cute hotel in a great location. We stayed at Pavillion-de-la-Reine for two nights in early August. Our room was cosy but very nicely decorated. The bathroom was spacious and the room had a really nice view of the inner courtyard. The service was very friendly and attentive (in both French and English. The Continental breakfast was... more

Pavillion de la Reine was the perfect spot to stay for our first trip to Paris. We researched and found it on TA and based on the reviews decided to give it a try. The hotel is truly beautiful - we stayed in a room on the 3rd or 4th floor that was right next to the elevator (the only... more

My wife and I spent a wonderful week. The staff was very courteous and helpful, the room and service "5 star+" We will make this our home in Paris for all future visits. The location on The Place de Vosges made it even more grand. It is with in walking distance of many attractions, and a short taxi to everything,... more

We just returned from a 2 week trip to France with our 2 children (8 and 10 year old boys). We spent 5 nights at the Pavillon de la Reine in the Victor Hugo suite which had a living room with a pull out for the boys. The room was spacious and nicely appointed with a stereo and even a... more

I stayed 4 nights at the Pavillion de la Reine in mid-June, 2008. It is in an excellent location in the up-and-coming Marais neighborhood with good Metro connections and conveniently located good restaurants. The Place des Vosges is also in transition, with the north side where the hotel is located being charming and upscale, while the south side is derelict... more

We went to Paris to see an Opera at the Bastille Opera House and booked Pavillon de la Reine for the location - just a five minute walk away. The hotel is a beautiful oasis just off the lovely Place des Vosges and I defy you not to be charmed by the look of the place as soon as you... more

My husband and I spent his 40th birthday in Paris at Pavillon de la Reine. Our room was lovely, well appointed, clean and quiet. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfasts were outstanding. What an incredible place to spend Christmas! When we return to Paris, we will always book this hotel in the future. more
