the hotel is located at the center of munich. the hotel is very clean, refurbished and the rooms are wonderful (with aircondition as well). but - the service at the reception is terrible! mistakes at the check-out (not only to us, but also to others) and inpolite service. more

Very surprised. The hotel, while old, has been completely modernized. The single rooms are small but very well appointed, modern and clean with superior TV. The location, directly across from the train station and 10 minutes, easy walking distance to the old town where all the action takes place, is most convenient. I would highly recommend the Eden Hotel Wolff for travelers in Munich. We had a wonderful experience there with the staff. The people working reception and the concierge, Maximillian, were extremely helpful.
