Our stay was only for 1 night but we wish to have stayed longer. We were pleasantly surprised about the spaciousness and cleanliness of our suite. The frescoes on the ceiling were amazing and unique. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again without any reservations. more

We arrived soaking wet on a miserable day in the pouring rain. We received a really warm welcome and were shown immediately to our warm comfortable room - "Check in later when you are dry!" The location of the Palazzo Schiavoni is excellent -- near San Marco's but far enough to be away from the crowds and be in a very nice Venetian neghborhood with excellent restauraunts and shops. Our party of 4 enjoyed the lovely balcony rooms for 3 nights. The location is out of the tourist area but a short walk (10 minutes) to St. Mark's. The managers and breakfast hostess were helpful and courteous and made our stay most enjoyable. I enthusiastically recommend this hotel. more

Good location and very nice room. The room was on the smaller side but everything was new and clean. You can tell they paid attention to detail. Located within walking distance to San Marco's Square. We stayed at four different hotels during our Europe vacation and this was by far the nicest. more
