Although we arrived early morning our room was not available until 3pm (check in advertised 2pm) we were on the 5th floor SO we had to get in one lift to the 2nd floor exit walk down a corridor and a flight of steps to a very old service lift up to the 4th floor up two flights of steps... more

We have just spent a weekend at this hotel and we were on the 3rd floor. We thought the hotel overall was very good but a big criticism were the lifts which we disliked immensely.
