We've stayed at many five star places in Australia, but the service at this place was far beyond anything else we've experience in Australia. The staff were pleasant and helpful, without being snooty. The rooms were fantastic: great views, great amenities. And the location was perfect. Right in Circular Quay. Highly recommended. more
