My husband and I stayed here and loved it! We loved the special access across the street to CA Adventure Park (through the Grand Californian hotel lobby). Great location and beautiful hotel. The only complaint was how long the elevators took, we waited quite awhile and ended up taking the stairs at one point. more

We switched to this hotel after staying at a VERY low budget hotel recomended by our travel agent. The room was awesome, very clean, VERY comfy beds. We were on the 13th floor and had a view of the park which was great! The fridge was handy for snacks and drinks. The pool was very fun with the water slide... more

Layout of the three park hotels is tricky until you walk it a few times. There was nothing on the Internet that helped me understand this layout ahead of time. Our one night stay at Paradise Pier was on par with SKgolf and meanestmom from June, 2008. We got a deal price for being annual passholders and booking right after... more

When we arrived the check-in was very quick. The front desk staff were very friendly and had little gifts for our daughter. They are very knowledgeable as is the concierge desk. The rooms are great. They have that beachy Mickey theme and it is cute. They are a good size - not super small - we had 2 double beds... more

For our Disney visit this year my family (we have 2 kids 6/8) decided to stay inside the parks. In Disneyworld we were staying outside, but this time we wanted to try the experience, and it worked well, especially since we could leave the park at noon, take a swim and rest, to go back fresh after 5pm and we... more

We stayed here for a medical conference while the family visited Disneyland. We had a great time and the service was excellent. The rooms were nice a big and had the fold out couch. There were two restaurants on the property and both were good. I have read reports that the elevators were slow, but we never had a problem... more

The room was great, the view was great, the service was great, the staff was great, but breakfast was $30 per person...WOW!. I would stay at the hotel again, I would even suggest it as a place for family reunions (I have pretty small family). But I would not recommend eating in the hotel. Seriously, we paid $30 for our... more

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is clean and the staff is great. One day my mother took care of my 3 kids so that my husband and i could go to California Adventure. She went to the bathroom to clean my son and when she came out she thought she lost my middle child. Within... more

We had never stayed in a Disney Resort. The hotel was way above your average hotel. Very clean. Rooms were promptly cleaned before we got back in the afternoon. I was a litttle worried when I saw reviews of the walking distance. I don't know how far these people who complain walk but to get to California Adventure you walk... more
