The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful - we were able to check in early. The room is in good condition and the air conditioning works a treat. Great location lazing by the pool along side the Nile and a short walk to Luxor temple. Very enjoyable stay! more

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room we were allocated looked onto the main road which was noisy 24 hours a day. The beds had no support and both mattresses had sunken. the pyramisa luxor hotel definately not 5*. went all inclusive when we got there a lot of things werent included. the food terrible same every day and not a lot of choice. our room very tatty and dust around edge of carpet the tennis court over grown with weeds no squash courts and no cocktail drink on arrival .the reception... more

Upon arrival at the Pyramisa we were impressed with the reception area but unfortunately this was not consistent with the rest of the hotel. We were shown to a city facing room which was shabbily furnished & very basic. It was also very noisy as there is a mosque directly opposite which calls for prayer at 5 each morning so... more

It's a pity that when you ask 4 times for some help to get the television working, and wait an hour and a half, that nobody turns up. What room number? We'll send someone up now (x4!).
