We stayed at this hotel when it was the New Park and it was awfull. However after a refurbishment and a change of name it has vastly improved. Our room was on a smoking floor, the corridor stank of smoke but luckily the room itself was ok All the fixtures and fittings were in good order except the room safe... more

I have stayed at this hotel when it was called New Park Hotel and also stayed there after it was refurbished and now called Park Royal Hotel. Let me tell you there is a lot of difference in the quality of rooms. The rooms are now really high class which was not the case before. With the LCD TV, excellent... more

First up, we booked our stay through a travel agent who used some sort of QANTAS holidays booking process to get us rooms at a rate considerably cheaper than some other reviewers describe. I'd recommend doing this. You will either love or loathe the hotel's location in the Little India district. We loved it. Little India was an interesting cultural... more

After two weeks at this hotel, I expect I will have some issues that others will not. Overall, first impressions? Very nice, classy contemporary decor, nice staff, nice room. The location is slightly away from the middle of things, but the MRT and buses are right next door, so getting around is no problem. I stayed here, as I had... more

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed at this hotel on the way back from Australia. I am so glad it was for less than 24 hours! Immediately on arrival it became apparent that this hotel was very dated and the reception area had quite a depressing look about it with paint work chipped and tired looking.... more

I was really happy with this choice of hotel. Being located in Little India added a new dimension to my experiences of this wonderful island nation. Arrived after my afternoon flight from Australia. Transfer to hotel went well. Staff were polite at check-in but there was a problem. My booking for a king couldn't be filled due to the hotel... more

Booked this hotel as many other hotels downtown were fully booked or grossly overpriced. I booked the club room as the SGD300 price includes breakfast and internet. Singapore hotels charge quite unreasonably for internet access. This hotel is not near the other hotels. Not near Orchard Road or near City Hall/Suntec Area. However, it is only about 100m to the... more

Stayed in PR for 2 nights in April. Room was very clean (we were even comfortable letting our baby crawl around throughout the room) and large for the style of hotel. Breakfast (which was included in our rate) is fantastic, with a buffet catering to a wide variety of western and eastern tastes. The hotel is also well located (Farrer... more

I've visited Singapore many times over the past few years and have watched hotel prices rise at an alarming rate. I now search high and low for good value hotels, and that's exactly what I found at the Park Royal on Kitchener Road. I booked this hotel for an overnight stay via the hotelclub booking site. We paid US $126... more

We stayed at this hotel for the past 2 weeks. I have mostly positive things to say about our stay!!! Our room was lovely and clean and cleaned daily by housekeeping. We had a lovely fruit basket in our room on arrival. The Porters and Concierge were very friendly and helpful to us. We had our breakfast included in our... more
