I stayed for 10 days in sept 2007, they gave us very dirty room, smelly and the bedsheets are stained. When I asked to change the room they requested me to wait till evening, they shifted me to another room which is little better than the older room but still to dirty............ The hotel is conveniently located (5 min walking from metro station of Novena), but it seemed to be shabby. The room had the carpet stained and was not as clean as expected. Read previous reviews but had already booked so hoped for the best and pleasantly surprised. We were only there one night, didn't notice any smoke smells in the room. Breakfast was a good feed. Access to MRT station was convenient so quite happy to stay there again. Malcolm more

Booked through SIA program and was disappointed to find a smelly room (I regretted that I didn't specifically asked for a non smoking room), worn carpet and noisy cleaning staffs in the morning.
