It's hard to find budget accomodation in Singapore and Perak was reasonably priced compared to other hotels. Just inside Little India near a few backpackers places. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on a stopover and was reasonably impressed with the rooms and service, although I noticed another customer seemed to have trouble checking in.
