Visited the Rimal Rotana for just one night after staying at the Grand Hyatt. The RR was clean and functional and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Just got back after spending 5 nghts at this hotel with 4 friends and loved every minute of it, the staff were all fab, happy and very helpful, lovely clean rooms and plenty of choice on the menu especially for breakfast, i can highly reccomend this hotel but wouldn't take kids there, and its only 15 mins from the airport more

The rimal rotana has outstanding rooms, they are more like small suites. We had a little kitchenette with 2 ring hob, full size sink and a breakfast bar The reception staff were great always willing to go that little bit extra. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The staff could not have been nicer and the room was beautiful. Very clean and tidy and everyone was very friendly.
