We really liked this hotel. My wife and I stayed in it in December 03 then we returned to La Fortuna in January and stayed a second time. They don't serve breakfast on site but you get a free breakfast at a nearby restaurant and its a full big breakfast. We like the rooms which come with cable tv and... more

When we arrived in La Fortuna to find our reserved hotel still UNDER CONSTRUCTION, our driver took us to the Hotel Arenal Carmela and Jose Quiros, the manager helped check us in with no problem.
