Our room (405) was lovely, but the air didn't work. It said it was on 60, but blew hot air. Twice, an employee came to check it out, but each time an employee was present the unit blew cold air. Within minutes of them leaving, it was hot again. Though it was chilly outside, we spent most of our two-night... more

Overall, it was a nice stay. The room was beautiful, and the ghost tour was really fun. My only complaint was that the dog in the room across the hall barked all night. I love dogs, so I didn't have a problem with them being there, only that this one barked all night and I am a light sleeper. Also,... more

I have stayed in other Eureka Springs hotels and enjoyed them but this was the best of them all. The room was very nice. The breakfasts were great. Dr. Baker's was convenient so we could grab a bite without leaving the hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel and the friendly helpful staff made for a very good long weekend. My... more

My husband and I are both into spirits. As a gift to my husband for his Birthday, I booked a night into the hotel, that T.A.P.S, says is haunted. Well, they are right....This place has tons of spirits and I was lucky to have caught a few. We stayed on the third floor and shared a balcony with others, that... more

We had made our reservations on the internet thru their website. When we got there 11/2/08 they did not have our reservation so they had to find us a room. We had driven over 4 hours to get there and it would have been horrible not to have been able to get a room for that night. Our room was... more

I was so excited to stay in this historic hotel while on a 5,000 mile road trip. However, I was sorely disappointed. We arrived about 15 minutes before our room was supposed to be available. Check in time is 3:00. The room was not ready. We walked upstairs to find our room and found the door standing wide open and... more

Our stay was fabulous! I recommend the ghost tour because it gave you history about the hotel and let you see other parts of the hotel not normally seen by guests. My husband and I love to stay in old hotels and I was impressed with the antique furniture that was in the rooms. Usually even an old hotel uses... more
