My wife and I just got back from our honeymoon in Key West, Casa Marina. We had a wonderful time. The first night we had no hot water in our room. After trying to fix it without success we were upgraded to a suite by Patrick, who was very understanding and helped us out a bunch. The new room was... more

Although the hotel appeared nice at first glance, the problems were ongoing. But, first the positives, the hotels common areas were lovely and the pool was great. Had a small, but descent beach and a bar/grill next to the pool for convenience. The food and drinks were extremely pricey, but thats to be expected and its helpful to pickup a... more

We originally booked at the Reach Resort and it was OK but nothing compared to Casa Marina. The Reach has this awful generator on its rooftop that was deafening at night and ruined the outdoor beach tranquility. I had booked a beach massage at their sister hotel the Casa Marina and asked if we could move there for the rest... more

My Boyfriend and I went to key west and stayed at for 3 days and 2 nights. Was suppose to be for 4 days and 3 nights however we had to get evacuated for hurricane Ike. Really enjoyed our stay. The balconies were alright wasn't blocked off completely from neighbors. I would recommend it for couples to family. Dining at... more

You can find better at any Motel in Key West. This Luxury Hotel has fallen far below those standards and is not even at the level of a " good Motel" Now. Room service did not clean the room, No restraunt in the hotel and the finger food would be better left to a walk to Duval street, of course... more

Travelled with a 8 and 10 year old over spring break last spring and I always appreciate reviews when travelling. Paid 200$ a room for a conference. No view, above average but it was the bottom end price range. First the good news: A beuatiful property, arguably the best on the island. Pool was one of the best I have... more

My family has been staying at the Casa Marina hotel since the 70's. My husband and I just recently visited the island for a long weekend after not visiting Key West for 16 years. I was very disappointed at the lobby and room decor. I am not opposed to modern but it really does not fit in with the Key... more

We spent a couple of days at the Casa Marina Resort just before Hurricane Ike. Upon arrival we were graciously greeted by the staff and offered the choice of valet or self-parking. After prompt & courteous check-in we were escorted to our room with a brief tour by one of the staff members. The pools are beautiful!! There are hammocks... more

We (2 adults,1child) spent four nights at Casa Marina on our roundtrip through Florida. Casa Marina was one of our best hotels we had during our stay in the United States. The location directly on the beach just a few minutes away from the Duval Street, the excellent service, the newly renovated rooms, the perfect cleanliness made our stay at... more

I booked a family 65th Surprise Birthday Celebration at the Casa Marina by contacting the property directly. The booking agent was very nice and extremely helpful in room choice options, unfortunately however, many of the comments and requests initially made were not followed through to my check-in. It was remedied but I thiink the overall total would have been less... more
