I stayed there on business recently for a few days. Internet was not working and the staff refered me to an 800 number to some call center who spends an hour troubleshooting and then concludes the wireless routers are down and he would call the front desk to get them rebooted... it never happened over several days. Fortunally if i... more

We were surprised by the level of service provided by the staff. The room was spacious and very clean. Everything we needed for a sucessful business trip to Miami. I would return again to the mutiny. more

The hotel was in a wonderful location, overlooking Biscayne Bay and walking distance to all that Coconut Grove has to offer. The accommodations were also exceptional. Having a two bedroom, two bath apartment with a full kitchen was very comfortable for our family of six. (Although the sleep sofa was not the most comfortable.) The view from our balconies was... more

Made reservations in December for a two night stay in March. Got a phone call while traveling to Miami telling us that the Mutiny had moved us to a "comparable" room at the Doubletree due to unexpected bookings. We had booked a suite with a kitchen at the Mutiny - at the Doubletree, we got only a room (not even... more

Pro: Excellent Location that is a quick drive to downtown Miami and 2 minutes to CocoWalk shopping/dining/entertainment area. Comfortable rooms with North/South views that have the bayfront along the Eastern aspect. The front desk staff is generally pleasant. Con: Overpriced. very limited guest ammenities. Fitness center is very small with outdated equipment. Concierges generally uninformed and with poor customer service.... more

We never had problems during out stay unlike other posts, people have to understand that some condo hotels have limited service. This does not excuse room cleanliness, but we never had this problem. Overall hotel is nice and great location, rooms are big and beautiful. Pool are is small but a nice place to relax. more

Stayed at the Mutiny the last week of June. It is about a 20 minute drive from MIA. The location is one the water in Coconut Grove and has decent views of Biscayne Bay. The hotel is located with a couple minutes walking distance of Coco Walk which is a nice collection of shops and restaurants. The hotel was gorgeous... more

Not a great place. Horrible beds, dirty dishes, rat poop on the floor. I was told there was a beach across the street. It was a harbor for docking boats. The front desk staff was rude. We walked in to a half roll of toilet paper and there was not another roll to be found. We had to use kleenex... more

Booked a 3-night stay through Hotwire four months before visiting for U of M graduation. Arrived at 7pm Thurs. and was told by the front desk clerk, while he was on the phone, that they were overbooked. No one called to let me know in advance even though they had my contact information. He said the Mutiny would pay for... more
