My friend and I was scheduled to arrived on the night of the 12th. But on the morning of the 12th, the brother of my best friend died in a car accident. Needless to say that we didn't make the trip. I called the hotel to cancel letting them know of the situation but they decided to charge my card... more

The place is a decent spot for a night's sleep when traveling. The cleanliness was acceptable, and we were not bothered by a bit of freeway noise. more

Hey, it worked as far as a bed and a shower. Room was noisey, but we were in town for a concert and came in late/ left early. TV was broken and remote didn't work... Wireless is nice to have, but came in and out of working and was pretty slow. Service was kinda lame... when we arrived to check... more

All in all this was a good value for the price paid. We had two rooms and were satisfied. Positives - Rooms were very clean - Nice outdoor swimming pool - Close to the freeway - Close to eating establishments - Close to gas stations - Excellent free WiFi - Four story structure that had an elevator. Negatives - Continental... more

Half of the rooms are right on the freeway and there is no way it is quiet enough to sleep! I complained and obviously they hear this A LOT. They said you have to complain within the 1st 10 minutes or something. THe only recourse for me was to pay $10 for another room. I thought that really sucked. There... more

This hotel is right on the freeway. It is horrible. You have to yell outside and the traffic never stops at night, you can here it very clearly in your room. The free breakfast is a danish and coffee. I would never say here again. more

My wife and I spent a night at this hotel/motel and found the previous reviews right on target. This is not a great choice but it is cheap and convenient to the airport by car. The neighborhood is not great and the room was minimal, with rough linens, frayed electrical connections, etc. The wifi internet was free, though very slow... more

My company put me up here several times when I've been in town working on projects. The hotel is about a mile from the Livestock Events Center and around 2 miles from UNR or the downtown strip on Virginia. This is not the place to stay if you want to gamble, wander the town at night or enjoy shows or... more

I stayed one night here en route to California only because it was a pet friendly hotel. The rooms are awful. The TV stand was bolted to the floor and broken so the screen was at a 45 degree angle facing the floor making it impossible to watch. The AC literally pumped in a horid stench. The beds were at... more

It was good to find a family-oriented, non-gaming hotel in the Reno area. I found the accomodations at this hotel quite satisfactory. Although it does not have a dining room, it is within walking distance of several restaurants. more
