This was a terrible experience. We reserved 2 rooms, one of which needed to be a handicap room. We guaranteed our rooms with a credit card, but when we arrived we only had 1 room. Luckily I had the reservation numbers with me. The price I was quoted and guaranteed was not the price I was going to be charged.... more

Don't stay here with a pet. Their non-refundable pet fee of $75 is exorbitantly high compared to all the other hotels in the Orem/Provo area which charge only $10-$20, even other hotels of equal quality.
