The staff was so helpful and friendly, even at midnight and 5 AM. The good being the great staff and clean comfortable rooms...with a complimentary continentalbreakfast to boot!..the bad..as much as hotel policy tries to controlnoise levels within the grounds of the hotel..it's hard to get guests to chill out and be quiet after... more

We stayed 3 nights at the Phoenix . The staff was very helpfull and kind. We had no problem of noise late at night. The room was really nice and clean.
