We planned our wedding for the first week of September an we also planned on our families ( who were coming from very far ) to stay at another Hotel, due to one of our relatives having a Hyatt Gold card we all “agreed” on the Boston Hyatt Regency Hotel...Now in retrospect I can say WHAT A TERRIBLE DECISION. We... more

My wife and I stayed here for a wedding in Boston. We contacted the hotel and received a GREAT rate for a two night stay. A king bed with all the works on the 15th floor with a great view. The restaurants in-house were wonderful. Walking distance to Quincy Market and all the historic sites and a block or two... more

My girlfriend and I spend 3 nights at the hotel over July 4th weekend. We had a great weekend and would deffinitly stay at the Hyatt again (depending on price). We received an excellent rate using AAA that was the lowest rate for any 4 star hotel in the downtown that weekend. The location is average, very close to the... more

I am going to Boston again this summer and won't be staying at the Hyatt. If you are a business traveler it is a good solution, but for personal travel. The location is not as desirable as others. more

Got the hotel at a good price through priceline.com. Would not have been happy if hotel was at a rack rate or similar. The location was fantastic though, a block from the Freedom Trail. Parking is very expensive as it is Boston, $32.00 to park it yourself, $41.00 for them to valet. The rooms are small and nothing special. The... more

This hotel is in a good location. Right around the corner from Boston Common, Chinatown and Theater District. A short walk to Quincy Market. The street that the hotel entrance is located on is a little shady. It's dark and quiet but just go around the corner and you have a very busy theater district area. In fact, the Ritz... more

We got an excellent rate from Travelocity, $75 a night. We had a nice and clean room on the 21st floor BUT as many others have stated our air conditioner was not working properly. The room was hot and stuffy all night. It was also a very noisy stay. We had a room with a door adjoining to the next... more

We stayed at this hotel in Boston because we had enough Gold Passport points to get a free night, otherwise, we wouldn't have because the going rate of $259 per night was way beyond our budget. When we arrived, we were presented with the opportunity to either valet park with in-and-out privileges for $46 per day or just use the... more

The Hyatt Regency Boston is located in a really sleepy and quiet surrounding area- the only exception being Chinatown. It is a 22 floor building that is grey and red on the outside- not beige like one would expect when looking at the website photo. We stayed here for around 4 nights in June, and it was a OK experience.... more

I got this hotel through priceline.com and paid $70 a night. This was a great deal because it was priced at $199 - $299 on the website. Hotel was clean and modern enough. Located in the heart of downtown Boston and sandwiched between Chinatown and the Theatre district, the Hyatt provides easy access point to these two locations as well... more
