Very comfortable, fresh, and new-looking property with a kind and welcoming staff. Checked in late at night for one night, with my online request for a room away from the elevator and ice machine immediately accommodated. The staff truly seemed interested in ensuring my brief stay was just right. The room was very up-to-date, quiet, fresh and clean. Also, the... more

Stayed two nights to attend the San Diego Street Scene concerts. Hotel is easily accessed from the freeway and is a quick trip to downtown, Gaslamp, Old Town & Balboa Park. Our room was on the second floor, which lacks an ice machine. Room was nice, updated decor. Bed was comfy for sleeping and lounging in during the day. Front... more

Stayed here for a weekend getaway. The hotel is easily seen from the freeway, but it was difficult to find the driveway since there's only a small sign and some hedges and cars on the side of the road. Parking is just an open self-park lot with no covered spaces. Some of the spaces were very narrow. Check-in was efficient... more

Our vacation at the Sheraton San Diego Mission Valley was really great. Our room, although I had originally requested a king bed and they only had 2 doubles when we got there, was very nice and comfortable. The staff was especially helpful and met our every need. The pool area was very nice too. If anything was lacking at all,... more

I stayed at the Sheraton Mission Valley Hotel in San Diego for a recreational getaway. I checked in a few hours early with no problem. The front desk was very courteous and even gave me an upgrade to a suite (elite level with Starwood program) which was just a room on the top floor with high ceilings and a balcony... more

This is the new place my company is putting people up in San Diego. It is an ok hotel - apparently in tourist circle but right across the street from 2 malls. The rooms were pretty standard Sheraton fare - and the bathroom was a little small, but functional. The restaurant was surprising decent for breakfast, although a little spendy... more

We reserved a club level room at a rate that included a 3rd night free. We called back to add a second room at the same rate. When we checked out we found that the hotel had overcharged us for the original room and did not provide the 3rd night free as advertised. (Oddly enough the second room was charged... more

We stayed at the Mission Valley Sheraton for two nights after booking it for $105/night on Priceline. Although the staff was uniformly helpful and friendly, and none of what happened was their fault, we had a very troubled stay and probably would not stay there again. First of all, I don't care for the Mission Valley location. It is conveniently... more

I dont know where to start. This place is superb. It is a true santuary and one of the best places I know in sunny San Diego My family and I were all looked after tremendously well by everyone within the hotel and I cant thank the hotel enough. I really did feel pampered and made to feel important. From... more
