I returned just 2 days ago from a visit to New Orleans and stay at the Drury Inn & Suites. This is one of the few hotels that I can not find a single negative thing to say. The location is convenient to the French Quarter but just far enough away to be peaceful and offer on-site parking for a... more

Stayed here for 4 nights recently with husband and 14 year old daughter. Chose hotel based on reviews written here. We were not disappointed. Hotel is well located, being about 10 min walk from the French Quarter and all its restaurants, bars etc. The room was a nice size with two double beds, and a separate lounge area. Internet access... more

Staff was friendly and helpful, comfortable beds and extra pillows, rooms were very clean. Free breakfast buffet included the usual fare, as well as scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. Hotel is in the business district, but within walking distance of the French Quarter. A trolley stop is across the street. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay here... more

Just returned from a nice stay at this hotel. It's a pleasant place to be, everywhere in New Orleans is accessible quite easliy from it, either by walking or on the trolley. It was slightly further from the French Quarter than we'd imagined, but it wasn't a problem. The hotel is good value for the price. The breakfast is good... more

This hotel was perfect for us. They gave us two adjoining rooms. We walked to dinner and I have to say that the walk was very nice. Didn't see any panhandlers and it's far enough away from the French Quarter that you don't have to worry about someone swinging a door open and your kids getting a shot at some... more

There was a group of 6 that stayed at this hotel. My room had a great view of the river but the other rooms had a view of the AT&T building right beside the hotel, so if a view is important I would suggest requesting it when you book. Coctails in NO are about $9 each at the restaurants so... more

Its an excellent place to stay. I found the hotel extremely clean. the hotels elevator require keys to access making them safe althought he surrounding area is safe, staff is extremely friendly. rooms are nicely decorated. only flip side is pool. if you are looking for a good swimming pool then you may not like it. Breakfast is ok. comlimentary... more

Great hotel, great location. Very clean, comfortable beds, very elegant . . . Ceilings were 12 ft tall with beautiful draperies. Breakfast buffet very good and welcome reception at 5:30 pm with free coctails and appetizers was nice. My 2 teenage kids loved swimming on the roof top pool at night. Overlooked the city. This hotel is very convenient as it... more

My family of 4 stayed here for one night in New Orleans. We were looking for a nice place that was near major tourist attractions and didn't cost a lot - as we were just passing through on the way to our vacation. This Drury worked out nicely. It was easy to find from I-10 - near the SuperDome and... more

From the beginning, the hotel staff and facilities were top notch. The hotel is beautiful and only 4 blocks from Canal and Bourbon in a good part of town. The St Charles street car stops right next to the hotel for those of you that do not want to walk… or can’t walk without stumbling. The street cars were still... more
