Ok, if you are planning on coming to Amsterdam as a tourist, by all means, avoid the tourist restaurants. I had a great dinner at this restaurant in the last week of August 2008. From starter to desert, the mein player was always vegitable and fruits. The cuisine concpet is "to maximize tast of vegitable". At this restaurant, you would find how vegitable is delisious. more
