We are locals and eat here often. I have to say, it's far better in the summer season. A large part of whether we enjoy ourselves or not is determined by the service. What a nice respite from the mess that is Atlantic City. You don' t have to go far, but be sure and get directions. I had a delicious waldorf salad and a wonderful bottle of reasonably price Pinot Noir, but the Grouper, while ambitiously prepared, was way overdone to the point of rubber. Off the beaten path in a nicer section of the Atlantic City city limits, right on the water. Outstanding views, and a cozy fireplace! Went there for the first time and the food was fabulous, with good presentation.
