This hotel was a really great place. Location was just Perfect. Walk out the door and the Metro was across the street. The staff was just excellent and nice. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok but in france where food is King, it didn't really matter to us. I would stay here again...

Clean hotel literally just around the corner from the Eiffel Tower. The rooms are small but they are clean. It is directly opposite the Metro so access to the rest of Paris is easy. We took our dog and she was made more than welcome!! Breakfast was good - a simple continental breakfast in a small clean dining room. The corridors in this hotel are mad - they are jet black and you do wonder what the hell your room is going to be like, but rest assured they are clean and bright. One of the best things about this hotel apart from its proximity to the Eiffel tower is that over the road next to the Seine is a totally free car park. We were a bit reluctant to leave our gleaming pride and joy there but after a few trips to check on it we realsied that it was perfectly safe. So we had three days free parking in Paris - unheard of!! I would definately go back to this hotel - its not the best I've ever been to but for the price it is a safe bet.

We had a wonderful trip overall, and our decision to split our stay between two hotels, the other was Hotel Grand de Champaigne, was a wonderful decision as we traveled with our toddler daughter. We were able to visit the sites by foot in the area nearby. And, of course, we visited the Eiffel Tower each day and night to see the twinkiling lights. The staff was helpful and courteous, and the access to internet helped us a few times to keep us in touch with family back home. It was clean, comfortable and a place we would stay again. The restaurant we would recommend nearby was called Atome and served good food and portions for a reasonable rate. There is also a nice little grocery nearby for essentials that came in handy with our child. Great location and a great stay! I fell among the stars when we found this gem!

I have to say those who gave good reviews were right on. This was a great little place. We went to Paris for part of our honeymoon and wanted to be near the Eiffel Tower. For what we were looking for, the hotel location was great with convenient access to restaurants, sight seeing, the metro, and of course the Eiffel Tower. The rooms were very small but very modern and very clean. The staff was excellent; friendly and very helpful. Back to location, being just a couple of blocks from the tower we could walk past it everyday, the wife really liked that. The hotel is only a couple of blocks from the open-top bus tour stop and the Seine river cruises. The hotel is right beside the metro but the room was still very quite with the window closed. I would definitely stay there again.
