We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It is located on a quiet canal, away from the crowds, but near to bars, trattoria and shops frequented by locals. Hence the prices in the adjoining neighbourhood are very reasonable, an important consideration in expensive Venice! The hotel itself is beautifully presented, very luxuious rooms, spotlessly clean and quiet, with helpful, multilingual staff. If I had to make one picky little point, I would say the breakfast isn't quite up to 4 star standards. There are the usual juices, fruit, cereals and pastries, but if you want anything hot to eat, you have to pay extra. The coffee is not that great either. However, that aside, the overall experience was wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel.
