We only stayed in Venice two days and we were looking for a place that was not in the St. Mark's area, but close by. This B&B is within walking distance to everything, but on the other side of the canal from St. Mark's in a quiet neighborhood. We were met at the canal boat station by Mario. He walked us through some winding streets to the B&B. It was not difficult to remember how to get to the B&B. Mario showed us on a map where were some sites along with great recommendation for restaurants (which we took advantage of). Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The breakfast in the morning was okay, juice, coffee, yogurt and rolls. It was easy to explore Venice from the B&B. Mario and his wife were always willing to help you with maps to get you where you wanted to go, along with other suggestions. We met other lovely travelers while staying there. It definitely is a place to stay while in Venice.
