I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the train station and it was a good choice for that. It was ok to leave our luggage downstairs before the room was ready, and on our departure. The room was lovely. It was in the eaves with beamed ceiling but very bright and all still quite new. A few gripes - no English channels on the tv; only one small pillow provided, so have to request more; no waste bin in the bedroom; only mirror is in the bathroom so difficult to get ready while your room mate is showering. However, I had requested a hirdryer and that was in the room, waiting for us. Breakfast, I thought, was adequate. I keep telling myself that this is in fact a B&B and not a hotel but then why the high price? We were only staying one night, so probably I felt that the short time that we spent in the room did not warrant the €180 price and we didn't get the chance to take advantage of other services such as tour arrangements etc.
