I have stayed at Crowne Plaza for around 32 nights the past 6 month, and it seems the service it getting worse each time I´m around.
I don´t know if the staff eventually consider me as a part of the inventory of the hotel, but its really hard to get any good service - I have ex. stopped eating at their resturant, as the service is really slow.
Maybe is the staff not enjoying their work, but there is no reason to let their guest get that feeling...depressing..
Perhaps I´m too young to stay at this hotel (due to the patience)..
On the positive side: great rooms, fair priority club meeting, good location and a FRIENDLY consierge service !
