Have just returned from a 4 night stay at the above hotel. The hotel is conveniently situated near to all the main attractions. Staff were helpful and went out of their way to advise with directions, eating places and points of interest. Breakfasts were freshly cooked and provided a very varied selection. Rooms furnished to a high standard.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

We were greated by the nice concierge who promptly collected our bags for us, a novelty I was not expecting. Staff were friendly. The room was great, a nice big bed and the room itself was very warm and cosy. Housekeeping was done faultlessly-a very clean hotel and a necessity for me- a great shower. One little draw back the extraction fan in the bathroom was quite noisy so I left switched off which in turn left the light off directly by the shower a little dark but we managed no problem. Breakfast was a great start to the day a mix of different foods to suit different clients i.e. Italian, German, British etc. I highly recommened this hotel as to boot it's a nice short stroll to the old square. Fantastic.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay @ the Bellagio, Prague, this was a truly superb 4 * hotel good location, within easy walking distance of all the major sights.
The staff in the hotel were exceptional, especially when we ran into difficulties with our transport transfer to Vienna, they pulled out all stops & rectified the situation for us even though this had been book independently.
Strongly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in November 07 with my mam.. It was in a fab location in the old part of the town. The staff were very firnedly and helpfull and reccomended good places to eat out and try local dishes. On arrival we were greeted with a box of chocs and sparkling wine which was nice.
Weather was absoloutly bittter as is was november, but the hotel was very cosy, modern and clean.
I would defnitly recommend this hotel!
Whilst in Prague you must go to the UPrince hotel, where you can sit outside on a terrace on the top floor with great views, food was nice & also reasonable.
