I would describe the food at this restaurant mediocre having visted a number of restaurants in cities such as Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, and in the Little Saigon area in California. The service however left a lot to be desired. Yes, I did need a place to eat. Our family was ravenous after a full day of sightseeing in Washington DC. We put in the order but was served after the table next to us. There was some problem with the food at that table so it was fixed before we finally got our food. It was a long wait and there was neither explanation nor apology. The restaurant was not even full! There was only seven tables including ours that were occupied. There was no smile from either the servers or the owner/manager (???). I will not come back to this restaurant. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody. Thanks.
