You want the truth here it is. If your expectations are average, and your not used to five star hotels this place is fine. We just got back. The beds are comfortable, that does not mean plush and cozy, but it means we all slept fine during our 5 night stay. The matteress were fine. The towels were not thin, as I read in a earlier description, now if your used to plush thick towels you might think so, but realisticly they are fine. Water was always warm. The housekeeping will leave extra towels if you ask them, we left them 2.00 a day and the room was always clean and ready. The rooms are clean, the breakfast was not as described, that would probably be our biggest complaint, the waffles were generic egos, and the danishes were a bit to be desired, so don't let the breakfast pictures fool you. We did not hear noise, it seemed quiet. The tram is right out front to Disneyland and it costs 3.00 a day for 11 and over. Would we stay there again, maybe....we only paid 550.00 for our entire stay so it was worth it, but next time we might splurge a bit. If your expectations are that this is a budget hotel that is nice, clean and the staff is friendly, then you won't be disappointed. The pool and hot tub both worked great and were warm. They do allow pets but we never smelled any pet smell in our room. The only complaint we had was the breakfast was not as it was shown to be.
