We stayed at the Lemon Tree for three nights. I thought that the room would be big enough for my husband, son, and I but it only had one bed and no sofa sleeper like I had thought that I had booked. So, they said that they would upgrade our room the following night for just $28.00. The next room was okay but was also small and the bathroom was SO tiny. The door barely cleared the toilet, so there wasn't really a private place to change clothes. The decor was okay but our rooms were not cleaned very thoroughly. Then, when we got our next bank statement a few days ago, we saw that they decided to not only charge us the full room charge one week after our stay but a little extra too. We will be contacting Travelocity and the hotel about this issue and hopefully, they will have the good sense to give us our money back.

Great customer service...each of the employees did everything they could to meet our needs. Very impressed.

Our family of four stayed in one of the lower suites facing the pool that has a kitchen, pullout couch, and bedroom. The extra space was nice for our extended stay.

We used the communal bar-b-que which gave us a break from restaurants.

I'd recommend staying in one of the inside rooms as I'm guessing the ones closer to the street might be noisier.

The pool was great for the hot weather.
The continental breakfast was very basic but welcome.

If you are looking for a clean, basic, mid-range hotel with good customer service close to Disney yet away from the chaos this is a great choice.

We'd definitely return.

Everything was excellent especially in view of some reviews from 2007 read on Orbitz (where I booked my stay). My room was the next but one to the entrance so I had no problems with bringing my luggage upstairs (somebody had mentioned there were no elevators). I loved the style, the room was very clean and cozy, and the breakfast served was quite nourishing. The only problem I personally encountered was that I had to pay extra to have the Internet connection in my room, and the Internet was down in the evening; okay in the morning though. But otherwise it was a marvellous experience.

My family of four was delighted with our stay at the Lemon Tree Hotel. Although it's obviously an older building (not that I see anything wrong with that) the owners have done a great job of keeping it maintained.

Our one bedroom apartment wasn't fancy, but it was roomy and clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was above average as far as continental breakfasts go. I do with they offered oatmeal...but you can't have everything.

We were doing the Disneyland thing, so we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel. My kids (age 11 and 15) did have a chance to enjoy the pool, and the hot tub was nice and toasty. The kids liked it so well they requested that we stay at the Lemon Tree the next time we make it to the area. I'm sure we'll return.
