would reccommend staying here - had a great stay. Felt like a calm retreat from the craziness of Bangkok. Easy to find and well located. Fantastic buffet breakfast with food cooked fresh for you by chefs at the various stations. Nice rooftop pool. No complaints at all!

This place is brilliantly located above a large shopping mall. We booked 2 nights and shopped for 12 hours straight. If you are coming to Bangkok to mainly shop and feel abit wary of the environment even traveling alone this is the place to go. You do not need to negotiate taxis, streets, it all happens here. You walk straight into the mall and start shopping lug all your stuff back have a rest and start again.

The hotel is excellent, it is huge, rooms are good, fantastic views and extremely good breakfast. It was a great experience at the time.

Hotel is a good base for a 2/3 day break. We had problems with taxis. Booked through the hotel but got dropped off at random locations and abandoned.
Rooms are clean and great views from the higher levels. Great range of food at breakfast.
If you're not interested in suits then make that very clear. The hotel staff earn comission and will be pushy in arranging for you to visit one of the local tailors.

When we booked this hotel we didn't know what to expect. We were hoping for the best and we were pleasantly surprised that was what we got. The hotel is stylishly done with a nice lounge downstairs featuring desserts and afternoon tea which my group enjoyed! It also has one of the best all inclusive breakfasts I’ve had in all my years of traveling. Usually when breakfast is included, it is the boring continental style but this had a full hot buffet. There is also the Korean restaurant where we could do our own BBQ at the tables. The meats were very tasty and our waitress was such a gracious host!

We arrived at the hotel at midnight and we were treated to a cool drink and towel. The rooms were basic nothing major to shout about. But then we got what we paid for You may want to pay a little bit more to get one of the newer rooms.

However service was good, we loved the pool deck and the spa. It is also a plus that the hotel is next to a shopping complex where you can easily change money or buy souvenirs. Finally we left the hotel around 4AM but our tour guide ordered breakfast boxes for all of us. Who knew that existed! It was great to get this package that included fruit, pastries, eggs, juice and water to keep us for the morning.
All in all a great stay!
