Very good Hotel. Our room was on the 12th floor and very comfortable with great views of the City. Extremely handy to the MBK shopping Centre which can be a trap - too much shopping. Staff were very freindly. Should have made more use of the great pool and gymnasium. Watch the shopping hawkers in the street, the ones that try and tell you the shopping centre that you are about to visit is closed and try and take you to the one they obviously get a commission from.

The hotel is very convenient for shopping, located next to MBK with direct access on several floors. This is the biggest plus - you could do all shopping and come back to the hotel to deposit your bags and rest before more shopping! The lobby was very impressive, modern avant-garde style, although the rooms were pretty standard -- not much ethnic character compared to other BKK hotels, but still OK.

We stayed for a week at the Pathumwan Princess Hotel and we would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Bangkok. The hotel had Great service, great views, great food and a great location. It's attached to the MBK Shopping Centre, 8 floors of everything you need including nice cool air conditioning and the skytrain is only a short stroll away. We felt safe and were happy to wander the streets and experience the true Bangkok life style. My only regret is that i didn't buy one of there pillows, the softest i've ever slept on!!

This hotel was above average. Check-in was excellent and we were escorted to our room by reception staff. The hotel location is excellent (there is internal access from it to the MBK shopping centre). The room was clean and we had no complaints about it. The room furnishings were modern. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
