Even though I'd seen photos of the Guest House online I wasn't prepared for how spacious and beautiful it looks inside. The attention to detail is incredible. Even though we were in the smallest room (Puka) we felt pampered with our own hot tub, at least 1,000 DVD's in their library, a washer/dryer to use, fully outfitted kitchen, free long distance phone, snorkel and beach equipment, abundant breakfast.

Owner Tanni welcomed us to share Christmas leftovers one evening then entertained us with tales of her travels and adventures. She's a kick!

I wish we'd stayed there longer and will definitely recommend it.

“Wonderful place to stay on Maui”

This was our 3rd stay here, so we obviously love it! The staff is truly wonderful and helpful. The house is definitly not what you expect from the street. It is quite large inside, and the decor is ralaxing and inviting. The breakfasts are a treat. They are basically self-serve and available early for those on the go, or later if you don't rise early. Wireless internet is available as well as a guest PC. DVDs and videos galore are available to view in your room. They have guidebooks to borrow and CDs for the trip to Hana. The staff will help you book your day trip to Lanai or Molokai or ... and if there is a discount to them, they will pass it on. They will give you insider tips on where to eat great food for less. It is nice to have a pool available to use when you want. Guests may use the kitchen to cook meals and the spices, etc are provided. They have a grill by the pool if you want to use it, too.
As another reviewer wrote, part of me wants to keep this to myself, but Tana and company deserve the praise! We will be back to our favorite place to stay on Maui!

“Loved It!”

It was our 1st time staying at a B&B, changed our original reservations from a hotel to this B&B from reading all of the reviews. Glad we did! We got there late at night and our host was waiting with a smile, showed us around. It was not what I expected from the outside, it was huge. Our room was huge, a queen bed and a twin bed. Enough room for my husband, my teenager, and myself. Loved the large walk-in shower, in-room hot tub, large flat screen tv, refridge, small private patio, and stained glass everywhere. Also loved the full stocked kitchen for our use to cook but we didn't use it. Breakfast in the a.m. had many different hot/cold cereals, fruit, bagels, muffins, coffee, juices, milk, english muffins, etc. There was DVDs galore. The pool was awesome, just what we needed after a hot day and hot night. We only stayed there 2 days and wished we had more time to spend at the B&B instead of running around the island. Will have to make it back there and enjoy the B&B more.

This is the best B&B I have ever stayed at, hands down. It was clean, quiet and well maintain. The staff is helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

This place is a gem. I kind of didn't want to leave a review because I don't want too many people finding out about the place, but after some thought...they really deserve the Kudos.

We went there for our Honeymoon and found that it was the perfect place. The staff there is amazing and really knows what is going on and gave us all kinds of very useful tips and tricks for getting the most out of Maui.

Tip: You can save a boat load of money just by eating their delicious breakfast and borrowing their snorkeling gear.

On our next visit to Maui we will book our trip around the availability of the Guest House. It was that good.

“The Guest House is a wonderful place!”

We did not want to leave! The Guest House is a wonderful place! We were only able to book two nights, but wish we could have stayed for a week. Rhea and Jim are perfect hosts, they made us feel right at home. The house is extremely beautiful, with tile floors and stained glass throughout. It was like staying at your own vacation house rental, we had full use of the entire house. There was a computer, large flat screen t.v.'s, and even a piano! The breakfasts were fantastic, a kitchen full of everything, from cold and hot cereals, fruit, bagels, toast, and excellent coffee. My husband gets up early and the coffee was set up the night before, so you just had to push a button. There were eggs available, that you could cook yourself, which was pleasant surprise, since my husband is a diabetic and this saved us from having to go the grocery. I will never forget that fantastic time we had in Maui at The Guest House for my 50th birthday. Thanks Rhea and Jim for making our short stay so memorable!
