My 16 year old daughter and I just returned from a fabulous trip to Maui. Our stay at the Maui Guest House was a wonderful introduction to the island. Tanna (the owner) took great care to make our stay feel welcome! She oriented us to her B & B when we arrived, and helped to make arrangements for our activities. She was very available to answer questions and help us plan our itinerary. She arranged for us to have a private scuba diving lesson with a wonderfully patient and skilled teacher. Having access to the kitchen was a bonus which we appreciated both in terms of conserving money, but feeling like her guest house was truly our home away from home. She is immaculate in caretaking of the B & B and is truly available to her guests in ways you don't always experience. The B & B is lovely and nicely appointed and it is a treat for each room to have a jacuzzi. I highly recommend the Guest House!

The Maui Guesthouse was a wonderful place to stay in Lahaina! Just minutes from the shops and restaurants on Front Street. We had access to so many great things at the guesthouse - food, barbecue grill/spices, a huge DVD collection, hot tub, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, washer/dryer, maps - and more! Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

This was by far our favorite of the 4 places we stayed during our two weeks touring the islands. The staff was fantastic and the ammenities provided (as reported in other reviews) are unequalled in any place I have stayed, period. You couldn't pick a better spot to stay in Maui.

We stayed at this B&B as part of a 3 week trip around the Hawaiian Islands for our honeymoon. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and I have never stayed anywhere which offers the guest quite so much - free use of the laundry room, kitchen, internet access, pool, snorkel equipment, cookies, chocolates, drinks etc etc.
Our room was very spacious, clean and quiet with a personal hot tub.
Good location - walking distance to the Old Lahaina Luau. You can see the ocean in the distance when sitting out by the pool.
I would recommend this B&B to anyone. Aloha!
